Once you submitted a new collection request, the appropriate contractors registered with our system are notified based on the waste category and location. Then the contractors who wish to fulfil the request submit their quotes. The user can see and compare the quotes at their end and accept the one suitable to them.
Yes, you can connect with the service contractors on the app. Once your collection request is submitted, and the contractors who have quoted for the same, then there is the option to ask any questions or send a message to the contractor for communication purposes.
The customer can pay for the service via the Wastefully mobile application. Once your collection is accepted by the contractor and booked successfully, then you can pay the full amount through our secure payment gateway. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded back to your account.
Access to the mobile portal is doesn’t incur any cost. Our mobile application is available for Android and iOS platforms c via Google PlayStore and AppStore respectively. The users can download the app on their mobile and get started for free.
Once you have downloaded the mobile app on your iOS or Android smartphone, then you can browse across the waste collection categories and check out our offerings. You can register and then log in to your account.
You can fill out the mandatory details and complete the registration process on the app. We will send you a link in your mailbox to confirm and activate your account. To manage your account, check your collections, and submit new requests, you can simply log into your account via Wastefully mobile application on Android and/or iOS phone.
It’s very simple to book a collection on the mobile app. You can log in to your account, select the category of the collection and location, add relevant details and submit the request.
All our data is encrypted at rest and in transition. We undergo regular penetration tests to ensure the security of our platform remains updated. We have full control over the data with no 3rd parties allowed access. All data is held in a UK data centre.
